Baczewski’s Wiśniówka - cherry liqueur - is a genuine delicacy and a legend of flavour; it was one of the most popular beverages in pre-war Poland, well-known and valued by all. We make it today just as it used to be made - using only natural ingredients. The carefully chosen mixture of fresh and juicy varieties of sour and sweet cherries is combined with triple-distilled potato spirit, and thinned with crystal-clear mountain water. Baczewski’s cherry liqueur makes an excellent aperitif, as well as a great addition to coffee or afternoon tea. Served in small glasses, towards the end of dinner, it tastes exquisite.
