Baczewski’s Ovovit is a unique
egg-based liqueur that we make using an original pre-war recipe, using
only natural and fresh ingredients. The first stage involves blending
egg yolks with milk until a smooth consistency is obtained, following
which we add a touch of vanilla and a pinch of a special mixture of
seasonings. Then we add triple-distilled potato spirit, and by mixing
the ingredients slowly we create a thick, top quality liqueur. A portion
of ice cream topped with Baczewski’s Ovovit, or a freshly brewed cup of
aromatic coffee with a few teaspoons of the beverage, are genuine
